Regarding Lasting Traditions Designs

I am very pleased with the design that Robb provided for our addition. Despite a limited space allowance and a challenging roof line, the design provided us with a wonderfully functional family room and laundry room. From the inside and out, the finished product blends into the existing structure, such that it’s nearly impossible to tell where the addition has been added.

In addition to a great design, Robb was prompt with the drawings and responded positively and cleverly to my suggestions, He took the time to meet with my homeowners association to make certain the plans were approved.

I would recommend Robb without reservation.

We are near wrapping up this week with an interesting project, rip down a perfectly small garage and make it a shop/ man cave. Robb from Lasting Traditions, did the designing and led me to Tom Pryor of Cascade Property development along with some others. All were qualified but Tom stood out. We went through some design changes and other issues and Tom managed to smooth the transition from wrecking out to completion. I really appreciated most was that he allowed me to do some work that I was able to along the way. This really helped out the budget.
